The service from enquiry to delivery has been extremely positive experience.  I used the door to door service from the UK to Jamaica and from the outset I was given updates as to the progress of my goods.  On arrival in Jamaica their agents there were just as professional keeping me updated until delivery. Took all the stress and hassle away.

Excellent service throughout, very informative and Liz was exceptional by taking time to run through the procedures jargon free and always dealt with our questions (because we had many - smile) in a prompt manner.

The packers were very hardworking, friendly and professional.

Hines Freight Services (based in JA) worked well with Transpakship to manage the final leg of our shipment, where we received an exceptional service also.

Useful tip - Make sure you obtain the necessary insurance coverage for your consignment and meticulously calculate the costs for each insured item.
